For some years, my Mom Christine, made Ceramic Finger Labyrinths which can be used as a meditation tool instead of walking a labyrinth if you don’t have one to walk nearby.
After Mom’s passing, I decided to continue her legacy.
How to use a “Finger Labyrinth”:
Sit comfortably at a table in a straight-backed chair with the “Finger Labyrinth” on the table in front of you. Position the third finger of the non-dominant hand (the left hand if you are right-handed and the right hand if you are left-handed) at the entrance. Close your eyes, take a couple of deep breaths, relax your body and quieten your mind. Feel and follow the path from the entrance to the centre then back again on the same path. Do not open your eyes or lift your finger from the path as this will interrupt your concentration, but you can take as long as you wish to trace the path.
Enjoy the journey
